Whether you've experienced deep trauma or simply live with daily stress, this class is sequenced with you in mind. Teachers are deeply resourced to guide you through your practice, utilizing a combination of asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation).

Trauma-informed yoga is scientifically proven to heal trauma and reduce inflammation markers in the body. Our teachers are trained to understand the latest advances in neurobiology, to safely guide students through their practice, and to incorporate somatic principals (like interoception), helping students create a mindful connection to their body.
