How Yoga is Helping Girls Heal from Trauma

An inspiring story of how yoga at a young age at a juvenile facility led one young woman back to yoga at 19–and led her full circle to teaching yoga to girls affected by trauma.  The story is supported by data about the incidence of childhood trauma as well as the healing effects of yoga on trauma survivor.
