The Crisis, information and referral phone line for the city and it is a resource that anyone can call for help. If someone is suicidal they can send out a mobile crisis team (from Baltimore Crisis Response) if needed. If someone is looking for help for themselves or someone else they can call the line and be connected to HCAM (health care access Maryland) for referrals and they can also help make appointments. It may be helpful for everyone in the city to know this number.

Also 211/United way now controls the statewide crisis hotline. Super easy to remember because it is 211. If someone calls are in crisis they are prompted to press 1 then 211 connects them to their crisis team for what jurisdiction they live in. If the person just needs information or resources, 211 can handle that too.
